Every Little Counts

All this building legislation can be mind numbing and lead us to feel like well..what's the point, what can I DO...

Every home in the British Isles USES energy and resources.
We are already recycling regularly and we see our neighbours do it. Children are being educated about energy issues.
ALL of us, rich and poor will be affected by climate change.
So by just thinking each time we throw something away that can be REUSED by someone, switching lights and appliances off when not in USE.
Even TVs and computers left on standby USE energy.
We can save money at the same time.
Persuade your friends and family to replace their bulb next time it goes with a low energy filament or buy a set for a christmas or birthday present.

USE Energy EFFICIENT products and appliances

When replacing boilers and central heating systems THINK of alternatives

CONSIDER alternative energy sources like wind or solar power

UTILISE grants and offers made available

INSULATE walls and roofs where possible and double glaze fenestration.
